Magnaflow Introduces 2020 Jeep Gladiator Exhaust Systems

Jeep Gladiator

Magnaflow introduces their all-new performance exhaust system lineup for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The system is now available for pre-order in three different configurations including two Street Series cat-back systems and a Rock Crawler Series.

The two Street Series exhaust systems will provide a balance of a comfortable interior note providing just enough engine feedback with deep performance sound outside. Both provide efficient flow and dyno proven power but unlike the stock tip-less design each MagnaFlow system provides a unique aesthetic, one with a single driver side rear exit with a polished stainless steel tip and the other with a dual split rear exit under the bumper with a satin black finish. Both Gladiator Street Series exhaust systems utilize 3” mandrel bent tubing and a 5”x 8”x 24” oval muffler both new features new to the shared Jeep Wrangler 3.6/3.8L powertrain in the MF line-up. In refining the sound and with the greater space allotted, the 3” tubing along with larger casing muffler give the Gladiator a deeper tone unique to this platform offering.

The Rock Crawler Series provides a high clearance design for all off-road adventurers who take their rigs the extra mile. Rock crawlers, overlanders and those in need of extra space for big bumpers, armor, aftermarket suspension upgrades or other under chassis support gear will pleasantly surprised with the packaging of this purpose built design. The Rock Crawler Series has a hidden single straight exit turn down on the driver side of the vehicle and provides a more aggressive exterior tone, but the new larger muffler still allows for a moderate interior sound level just louder than the street series offerings. By design this system utilizes 2.5” mandrel bent tubing, a 5x8x24” oval muffler and unique routing made possible by the tighter radius smaller diameter tubing to allow for almost any aftermarket modification.
